Earning
Sky Loyalty Points and Sky Travel Miles can be earned on flights booked directly with Tropic Air. To ensure both are credited for a Tropic Air flight, Members must provide their Sky Rewards account number at the time of booking or prior to travel. They are awarded only to the Member whose name appears on the Sky Rewards account and who actually travels, regardless of who purchased or paid for the ticket.
Redeeming
The number of Sky Travel Miles required for reward travel may vary based on destination, travel dates, demand, fare class and other factors. Members may use their Sky Travel Miles to book flights for themselves or others, but are responsible for any changes made after booking. Award travel is subject to availability and seat restrictions, so we encourage booking early. All reward flights must be booked and flown before the award expiration date. Reservations must be made in advance through our website or at a Tropic Air station.

Membership is free and available to individual travelers only.
Each member must enroll separately, and miles cannot be pooled or combined with other accounts.
Corporations and other entities are not eligible unless specifically approved by Tropic Air.
Each Member may hold only one account. During enrollment, Members must provide their legal name (as it appears on a government-issued photo ID), address, phone number, valid email address, gender, and date of birth.
All account communications will be sent to the primary email address on file. Personal information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Membership becomes active upon enrollment and remains active as long as the Member has at least one qualifying flight-earning activity every 12 months.
Accounts expire 12 months after the last qualifying activity.
